- 2 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup ricotta cheese (approx. 250 g)
- 2 eggs
- ¾ cup milk (approx. 180 ml)
- 2 tablespoons melted butter (or oil)
- Butter or oil for frying
